iMVS app for iPhone and iPad

TaaS-MobileView™ (iMVS) is Omnitrol’s iOS application integrating iPad/iPhones with our market leading Traceability as a Service (TaaS) solutions and Bluetooth connected RFID/Barcode scanners to track and monitor your assets. TaaS-MVS is also available on industrial RFID/barcode handheld scanners running on other platforms. TaaS-iMVS provides real-time dashboards to monitor asset status and operational intelligence in the palm of your hand.

Automatically be alerted when assets are due for maintenance, calibration, are expired or moved to incorrect locations, track ageing and utilization, most importantly know where your assets are and their condition, at all times. With TaaS-iMVS you can completely manage and track your assets using either or both RFID and Barcode Unique ID’s. Built for industrial environments, it is the industrys only secure mobile solution that works seamlessly with or without WiFi connectivity. Operators can locate and view asset details even in non-WiFi environments. Furthermore, MVS services are secure with flexible roles and authorization on a service and user basis.

RFID Commissioning

TaaS-iMVS allows you to serialize and write RFID tags to uniquely identify any class of asset. Operators can replace, EPC encode and decommission existing RFID tags with the ease of a single button press.


Stock-Take – Cycle-Counting

Reduce inventory cycle-counts by over 90%. Can stock-take at any size location, building to shelf, with powerful filters to only inventory by asset class and category. Automatically reconcile missing, misplaced, ageing and status of assets. Stock-take with either or a mix of barcode and RFID tagged assets.


Find Asset

Rapidly locate assets anywhere (with and without WiFi) using our unique “Geiger-like” proximity scanner to search RFID labelled assets.


Transfers (with custody)

Process asset transfers, with custody (optional), that are automatically tracked by TaaS until they reach their assigned destinations.


Check-in/out (with custody)

Perform asset check-in or check-out using RFID or barcode labels. Optionally operators can assign assets checked-out to a custodian.


Logistics

TaaS-iMVS provides integrated services to handling logistics operations enabling global track and trace of shipments at the container and item level. Track and reconcile shipping processes from pick, pack to ship, integrating directly with carrier shipment manifests.

Reconcile received goods at the item and container level without EDI or external system dependencies. Track received items from unpacking through put-away or transfer to final destinations within a plant.
